Terms and Conditions for Porini Wild Travel
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services provided by Porini Wild Travel (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Booking Process
– To book a tour, clients must complete a booking form and provide all required details. All bookings are subject to availability.
– A deposit of [insert percentage or amount] is required to secure your booking. The balance is due [insert number] days before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed.
1.2 Payment Methods

2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1 Cancellations by the Client
– If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
– 15% of the total tour price if canceled 7 days before the start date.
– 25% of the total tour price if canceled 4 days before the start date.
– 50% of the total tour price if canceled less than 2 days before the start date.
2.2 Cancellations by Porini Wild Travel
– We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participants. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
2.3 Refunds
– Refunds will be processed within [insert number] days of receiving a valid cancellation notice. Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
3. Itineraries and Changes
3.1 Itinerary Changes
– While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, we reserve the right to make changes for reasons such as weather, safety, or operational requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
3.2 Substitutions
– If a significant change is made to the itinerary, and you do not accept the alternative offered, you may cancel the tour and receive a full refund.
4. Travel Insurance
– All clients are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal liability, and other potential risks. Proof of insurance may be required before the tour begins.
5. Health and Fitness
– Clients must be in good health and have a reasonable level of fitness appropriate for the tour. Any health conditions, dietary requirements, or disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Liability
6.1 Limitation of Liability
– Porini Wild Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by clients, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or loss of personal property. Clients participate in tours at their own risk.
6.2 Force Majeure
– We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
7. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements
– It is the responsibility of each client to ensure they have a valid passport, visas, and any other required documentation to enter Tanzania and other destinations on the itinerary. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to a failure to obtain such documents.
8. Conduct and Behavior
– Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other participants, staff, and local communities. We reserve the right to remove any client from a tour if their behavior is deemed unacceptable.
9. Photography and Marketing
– We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image for marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us in advance.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
– These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the services provided by Porini Wild Travel shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Tanzania.
11. Amendments
– We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised Terms will apply to all bookings made after the effective date.
